BALTIC AND SOUTH CAUCASIAN COUNTRIES INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OPENING IN VILNIUS TODAY
Baltic and South Caucasian Countries: Experience of Reforms and Strategy of Cooperation international conference opens on Tuesday in the Lithuanian capital. Its participants plan to discuss the West's aid to the South Caucasian countries in implementing political, economic and military reforms and to analyze the methods of settling regional conflicts. Politicians, parliamentarians, diplomats and military experts from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia will take part in the forum. Representatives of Armenian Foreign and Defense Ministries are expected to represent Armenia at the conference.
