AZERI OFFICER'S TRIAL DELAYED AGAIN
Yesterday the Budapest Court held a session on the murder of Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian by Azeri serviceman Ramil Safarov. According to the data available, two witnesses from Azerbaijan and Latvia were to be heard during the trial. However the witnesses did not take part in the proceedings. Instead, discussions on the resolution of one of the local medical experts regarding Safarov's psychological state were held. The fact is that attorney Peter Zalay presented the Azeri experts' remarks, however the local experts agreed some points and refused some. Presently Azeris are insisting on inviting a group of medical experts from Baku. The judge objected to it, but the court decided on a second check-up by Hungarian commission of experts. The trial has been delayed till May 10.
