Russia is ready to welcome any initiative of the conflicting parties on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov stated. In his words, being the mediator in the settlement process Russia is ready to accept any resolution of the parties to conflict. Touching upon the presence of peacekeeping forces on the conflict region Sergey Lavrov said that this question was discussed during all the phases of the negotiations when the matter concerned the settlement mechanisms.
