Members of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Uzbekistan met with the head of the roaming department and sms-service of Uzdunrabit joint venture providing cellular communication in Uzbekistan, Day.az agency reports. The parties discussed the contract signed between the venture and Karabakh Telecom , "which is engaged in illegal activities in the Nagorno Karabakh region of Azerbaijan". The diplomats informed the department head that the cooperation with Karabakh Telecom within the framework of international roaming service is illegal and handed him the formal letter issued by the Embassy and some materials on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The reply of Uzdunrabit recorded that the cooperation with Karabakh Telecom has been severed.
