IGOR IVANOV: SCENARIOS OF POWER CHANGE IN GEORGIA AND UKRAINE UNLIKELY TO REPEAT IN OTHER CIS STATES
Scenarios of power change in Georgia and Ukraine are unlikely to repeat in other CIS states, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Igor Ivanov stated. In his opinion the latest developments in Ukraine and Georgia are not the same, however some common features can be observed, specifically the active participation of different international and non-governmental organizations, foundations and structures. "No one wishes for revolutionary shocks in the CIS; all the states are striving for stability", Igor Ivanov stressed.
