By a decree of Armenian leader Robert Kocharian Victor Soghomonian is appointed the Press Secretary to the President of Armenia, the Press Service of the state leader reported. It should be noted that before the position was held by Ashot Kocharian, appointed Armenian Ambassador to India by a presidential decree.
