CARGO TRANSPORTATION FROM AZERBAIJAN TO GEORGIA RESUMED
The railway cargo transportation from Azerbaijan to Georgia have been resumed. The first 27 carriages, which stood idle at the border during the recent several months, crossed the Azeri-Georgian border Tuesday morning. The agreement on cargo admission was achieved during the visit of Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Noagaideli to Azerbaijan last week. During the meeting the Georgian party offered that the transit cargo from Azerbaijan will not be sent to Armenia.
