Fire broke out in Harsnakar restaurant which, several months ago, has been the center of tragic evens, the residents of Yerevan’s Avan district told PanARMENIAN.Net.

The information was confirmed by Emergency Situations Ministry, with 4 fire brigades sent to the site. Additional information will be provided.
