Artsakh war veteran sends open letter to President Sargsyan – paper

Artsakh national liberation struggle veteran, retired colonel Artur Aleksanyan addressed an open letter to his companion in arms, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Aravot daily reported.

“Frankly speaking, this is not the country I dreamed of. As your companion in arms, I deem it impossible to legally run a business. You should either have friends in the ruling circles, or you should offer bribes to get permission to own a business.

However, even if so, you must give up the hope that your business will be profitable. That’s why, businessmen prefer importing goods, though at a high cost,” the letter runs.
