Yahya Rahim Safavi, the former commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps and senior military advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader, said that Turkey is the “main loser” of developments in Syria, according to Mehr news agency.

Safavi said that Turkey, with a financial support from Arab countries, has turned into a “puppet” of outsiders in the enmity toward the Syrian government.

“However, Turkey is the main loser of the battleground,” he noted.
