Italy midfielder Claudio Marchisio commented on the upcoming match vs. Armenia in 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Friday, October 12.

“Today’s match is very important to us. Not only should we achieve a good result but also show a good game. Armenia’s squad being well-organized, we have to demonstrate utmost attention on field,” Marchisio told after a training session in Yerevan.

“Following the Armenia match, we’ll be facing off against Denmark, so we need to be ready for the game. However, at present we’re in a better shape than we were before matches against Malta and Bulgaria,” he said.
