RECOGNITION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE COMMON TO ALL MANKIND
The formation of the Armenian-Turkish Commission on Genocide may be useful not for the investigation of the fact of Genocide but for the discussion of the issue and search of ways of its resolution, Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian stated during "Ultimate Crime, Ultimate Challenge. Human Rights and Genocide" International Conference today. In his words, if the Commission is formed with this purpose the Armenian party will have no objections. As A. Margarian noted, the recognition of the Armenian Genocide is essential for the prevention of such crimes against humanity and is common to all mankind.
