Now Azerbaijan asks to return what was seized during the war", Zardusht Alizade said. In his words, in order to win the war Azerbaijan has to form a strong army, launch a wide propaganda and convince Armenians that natural and safe existence will be secured. He also noted that at present the international community gets accustomed to perceiving Nagorno Karabakh beyond Azerbaijan's borders. "The West sees that as a matter of fact Azerbaijan does not Nagorno Karabakh, this land is essential for those, who fought for it and controls it now. This is enough for the West", the political scientist stressed.
