Armenia, Ukraine agree to deepen trade relations

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with head of Armenian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission Dmitry Kolesnikov.

Prime Minister Sargsyan voiced confidence for the inter-governmental commission to unveil the great potential and new cooperation areas, stressing the need to deepen economic relations.

Kolesnikov briefed Armenian Prime Minister on the issued discussed during the commission meeting, with establishment of joint enterprises, deepening of cooperation in the sectors of construction, agriculture and engineering among them.

Prime Minister Sargsyan stressed the need to develop cooperation between State Agency of Ukraine for Management of State-Owned Corporate Rights and Property and Armenia’s State Property Management Department.

The parties discussed prospects for developing bilateral economic and trade relations, governmental press service reported.
