Odessa hosted an opening of an exhibition dedicated to 500th anniversary of Armenian printing on November 18.

As deputy head of the city’s Armenian community Margarita Torosian told Analitika.at.ua, the event showcased exhibits from Yerevan’s Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, Jerusalem’s Armenian book storages and San Lazzaro degli Armeni island in Venetian Lagoon.

Armenian printing 500th anniversary celebrations kicked off on April 6 in Ukraine’s Simferopol city.
