Presidential contender, leader of the People party of Armenia Stepan Demirchian will be the first to begin the electoral agitation on the air of the Public Television Company of Armenia February 26 7:00 p.m. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, this was decided by casting of lots held at the central electoral commission of Armenia yesterday. Representative of the incumbent Armenian president Artashes Kakoyan and member of Stepan Demirchian's electoral headquarters, parliament deputy Vardan Mkrtchian drew the lots. Upon completion of the casting of lots Mkrtchian stated that the People party intended to participate in all measures connected with the elections and at present it was engaged in appealing the results of the first round and studying the gerrymanders occurred. Let us remind that according to the decision of the central electoral commission of Armenia, each of the two candidates for the president is entitled to 15-minute free and 30-minute chargeable TV and radio broadcasts for agitation from February 26 to March 3.
