Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar rock opera will be for the first time staged in Armenia on December 11.

As representative of International association of tourists and travelers Roman Jebeyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the event aims to contribute to the development of tourism and culture.

“I hope the Armenian audience will show interest in this unique opera,” he said.

Webber’s world famous rock opera will be staged by Batumi art and music center, with the tickets to cost AMD 1500-3000.
