The closing stage of Syria crisis has arrived, with a regime downfall to follow soon, Bulgaria Foreign Minister said.

As Nikolay Mladenov told a joint news conference with his Armenian, Swedish and Polish counterparts in Yerevan, “it’s important to cooperate with Syria’s national minorities, opposition and other forces to provide a normal transition to democracy in the country.”

The Bulgarian official also expressed concern over the situation with Syrian Armenians, further urging for regional peace.
