Poverty rate currently totals 35,1% in Armenia, with the index expected to drop by 2-3 percentage points by the end of the year, Minister of Finance said.

“No serious changes will be recorded as to the poverty line,” Vache Gabrielyan told Dec 24 press conference.

Dwelling on tax-to-GDP ratio, Minister Gabrielyan forecast 0,6% growth, with 2013 index planned at 20,66%.
