Arthur Abraham: I dream to represent Armenia some day

WBO world champion Arthur Abraham says he wishes to represent Armenia in his bouts.

“I promise I will be given such an opportunity one day,” the boxer told a press conference in Yerevan, announcing plans to continue professional boxing career for at least 3 more years.

“Coaching is extremely a difficult challenge task. Though I wouldn’t like to coach boxers myself, I will do the utmost to help Armenian athletes and contribute to development of boxing discipline in my homeland,” Abraham said, voicing readiness to become a boxing promoter after retirement.

The boxer also promotes charity activity, with his sportswear in a about against Robert Stieglitz sold for 8000 euro to benefit a charity action for children.
