KOREAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA PRESENTED CREDENTIALS TO KOCHARIAN
Today newly appointed Korean Ambassador to Armenia Mr. Kim Jae-Sup (residence in Moscow) presented credentials to Armenian President Robert Kocharian, reported the Press Service of the Armenian leader. R. Kocharian congratulated the diplomat and said he hoped that a new stage of progress in the Armenian-Korean relations would be registered during his office. In the President's words, within the past year the commodity turnover between the two countries increased twice, however this indicator is a small one as compared to the opportunities available. Thus, it is necessary to take steps to use these opportunities to the full. In his turn Kim Jae-Sup said it was necessary to pay special attention to economic cooperation. He added he would do his best to expand the Armenian-Korean relations.
