During the Days of Moscow in Yerevan to be held October 7-9 a capsule will be laid in the foundation of the House of Moscow. The decree was signed by Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov. The House of Moscow, which is called to become the center of cultural cooperation between the capital cities of Armenia and Russia, will be built in front of the Yerevan City Administration. A Yerevan-based Moscow investment and construction company will accomplish the building, IA Regnum reports.
