President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan had a telephone conversation with the leader of the National Self-Determination Union, Armenian presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan on Friday, Feb1.

President Sahakyan wished Mr Hayrikyan health and speedy recovery and soonest return to active political life, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh Republic President’s Office.
