Heritage party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian met Wednesday, March 6 with Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, ambassador Traian Hristea.

Violations recorded during the February18 presidential vote and the political crisis following the election day were in the focus of the discussion.

Spokesman of Hovannisian headquarters Hovsep Khurshudyan, head of the Political, Economic, Press, and Information Section of the EU Delegation Onno Simons, and Political Adviser Andrey Didenko of the EU Delegation also attended the meeting.

On Thursday, Raffi Hovannisian will meet with Norbert Lammert, President of the German Bundestag, currently in Armenia on official visit.

Raffi Hovannisian headquarters legal adviser Karen Mezhlumyan will address the Constitutional Court to challenge the constitutionality of Article 18:5 of Armenia’s Electoral Code, Hovannisian’s headquarters reported.
