Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan instructed Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan to take appropriate measures for boosting Armenia’s position in the tourism ranking.

Today, March 7, the World Economic Forum released 2013 Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI), with Armenia advancing its positions from 90 to 79.

“It’s a good index, however, we must further enhance our positions,” Prime Minister Sargsyan said, adding that the ranking lists of leading international organizations are in the focus of the government.
