Margaryan will not resign in case of referendum failure
In case of failure of the referendum in Armenia over amendments to the Constitution Armenian PM Andranik Margaryan is not going to resign. The Premier stated it in a conversation with journalists October 5. "We should work in a way for the population of Armenia to approve of the bill submitted for referendum," the Armenian PM said. Certain funds will be allocated from the state budget for organizing and solving technical matters referring to the referendum, A. Margaryan also informed. It should be noted that Armenian President R. Kocharian has already signed a decree, according to which the referendum is scheduled for November 27, 2005, reported IA Regnum.
