Planes is the studio’s sort-of Cars spinoff that last month replaced Jon Cryer with Dane Cook as the voice of the main character, Dusty - a single-engine crop-duster with sky-high ambitions with just one problem: he’s afraid of heights.

Disney slotted the former direct-to-video title to open August t9h in 3D.
