On March 20, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to dismiss Karen Kostandyan from the post of first assistant to the NKR President.

Kostandyan was appointed first assistant to president in March 2012, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
