Three new images from Only God Forgives have been released, Digital Spy said.

Ryan Gosling reunites with Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn to play Julien, an Englishman living in Bangkok who runs a boxing club as a front for his family's drug smuggling operation.

Following the death of his brother, Julien's overbearing mother (Kristin Scott Thomas, who appears in another new image) forces him to hunt down and confront the individuals responsible.

Released by Allocine, the new images feature Gosling, Thomas and Vithaya Pansringarm, who plays the film's main antagonist.

Gosling undertook Muay Thai boxing training in preparation for the physically gruelling role.
