Heritage party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian has called on Armenian citizens to attend his inauguration ceremony on April 9, at 11 am in Liberty Square.

“The ruling authorizes will be kept accountable if they resolve to block the roads to hinder people’s participation in the inauguration ceremony,” the ex- candidate said, announcing a strike and boycott of classes.
