“Dear women, I cordially congratulate you on the day of maternity and beauty. I wish you all happiness and love. This spring holiday is another wonderful occasion to tell our mothers, wives, grandmothers, sisters and daughters about our feelings.

Armenian authorities are changing the primary objectives of their policy and will attach special importance to maternal health and education of future generations. In our country, we will create an environment, to ensure state protection for our mothers and children. Large families are considered an important link in our society.”
