Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian will attend Serzh Sargsyan’s inauguration ceremony, due on April 9 in Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, Kocharian’s office head said.

In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Victor Soghomonyan said Mr. Kocharian will probably attend the ceremony alone as ex-first lady Bella Kocharian is currently abroad.
