The United States, as a co-chair of the Minsk Group, remains deeply committed to working with the sides to achieve a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Acting Deputy Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State said.

“We believe that the use of force will not resolve the conflict, and we call upon all parties to refrain from the use or threat of use of force. But I don’t have any more information about in what context it may have come up in the Secretary’s diplomacy in Turkey,” Patrick Ventrell told a press briefing.
