A positive outcome of the constitutional referendum on making amendments to the Constitution of Armenia scheduled November 27 will form «wider opportunities for Armenia's Eurointegration,» Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated in Ljubljana during today's joint news conference with Slovenian President Janez Drnovsek. «During past month active propaganda campaign is launched in Armenia and returns of various sociological surveys evidence the Armenian population positive attitude towards the idea of constitutional amendments,» the Armenian leader remarked. «I hope the returns of the referendum will be positive as well. However, irrespective of the referendum returns, Armenia will continue reform policy and will keep its current rate,» R. Kocharian emphasized, reported Mediamax.
