Heritage party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian met with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland.

Armenia’s domestic and foreign policy, as well as structural ways to handle the current post-election crisis were in the focus of the discussion, Hovannisian’s campaign headquarters reported.
