The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan congratulated Edward Nalbandian on his re-appointment as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

In his congratulatory message, the NKR official expressed confidence for further expansion of bilateral cooperation between the Armenian and NKR Foreign Ministries to achieve all-Armenian goals, NKR Foreign Ministry press service reported.
