Orange subscribers to make payments through banks

Orange customers of Dolphin, Butterfly, Panther and Lion monthly subscriptions, as well as Orange Internet customers will no more need to worry about their monthly payments.

By visiting any of Orange shops once, customers can register in the system of automatic payments, after which every month the system will automatically make payments from their bank account. The “direct debit” service is widely used in Western European countries and Orange is pleased to be the first Armenian operator to give the possibility to activate this service directly in its shops.

Between the 1st and the 7th of each month customers registered in the automatic payments system will receive the bill for the previous month via an e-mail, and will have the possibility to check it, starting from the 11th of each month the payment will be done by the bank. The customer will be informed about each payment through an SMS, the company’s press service reported.
