Orinats Yerkir candidate in Yerevan city council elections Hovhannes Shahinyan says Armenian National Congress (ANC) party representative Vahagn Khachatryan should be disallowed to be reelected to the post of Yerevan mayor.

“A lot of garages were built in Yerevan yards during his term in office,” he said, adding that Mr. Khachatryan fostered the establishment of a huge corrupt mechanism. We must disallow him to be reelected to the post of Yerevan mayor,” Mr. Shahinyan said.
