Parliamentary Assemblyof theCouncil of Europe (PACE) bureau approved the observer mission’s report on 2013 presidential elections in Armenia, head of RA delegation said.

Davit Harutyunyan assessed PACE mission’s report as objective, despite some provisions. “I don’t agree with some of the points. It’s natural as different people give different assessments to the same phenomenon,” he said.

“I have not come across with distortion of facts,” he said, hailing Armenia’s path during its 12-year membership in PACE.
