Parties to Karabakh Conflict Ready to Proceed from Talks to Decisions
During its 13th sitting the OSCE Ministerial Council adopted a statement on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The statement says that the OSCE is satisfied with the talks held within the Prague process in 2005 as well as with the Warsaw and Kazan meetings of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents. "The meetings of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents inspire hope that the parties are ready to proceed from talks to decision making. The OSCE Ministerial Council encourages the Presidents to take the opportunity for achieving serious goals in the conflict settlement within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group next year," the statement runs.
