Germany continued efforts to add Hezbollah to the EU list of terrorist organizations, though it still needed to collect more proof , German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said Monday, May 6, during a meeting with Israeli Energy and Water Minister Silvan Shalom.

“Iran has continued to supply weapons to its proxy Hezbollah that has carried out terror attacks on Israelis in Bulgaria and elsewhere,” Shalom said, in turn.

"Israel, together with the world, is struggling to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and we hope that sanctions against Iran will be tightened to stop them," he said, according to The Jerusalem Post.
