Armenia-Syria flights suspended again

Armenia-Syria flights have been suspended due to the delay of Damascus-Qamishli-Yerevan flight, the manager of Syrian Airlines Yerevan office said.

“The flights were due to operate every Wednesday, but those scheduled for May 1 and 8 were cancelled,” Svetlana Hovhannisyan said, citing small number of passengers as the reason behind the cancellation.

According to preliminary information, the flight may operate on May 15.

No information has been provided as to the flights to Aleppo and Latakia.
