Negotiations on the Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement started in London today, RA MFA press office reported. OSCE MG Co-Chairs Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Steven Mann (U.S.) and Bernard Fassier (France) held separate meetings with the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov. Tonight a joint meeting of the mediators with the Foreign Ministers is scheduled. Today Vartan Oskanian will also meet with UK Minister for Europe Douglas Alexander to discuss the Armenia-EU Action Plan with the European Neighborhood Policy and a number of regional and international issues. January 19 a meeting of Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov will be held with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
