Vazgen Sargsyan military institute head Martin Karapetyan’s resignation letter will be discussed after the service examination, defense ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.

Earlier a third year student of Vazgen Sargsyan military institute Armen Melkumyan opened fire on his classmate Sipan Movsisyan, who was taken to Grigor Lusavorich medical center. He later died of the gunshot wound. A criminal case has been instigated on the case.
