Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht, RA leader's press service reported. The parties focused on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Robert Kocharian gave a high estimate to the activities of the OSCE and specifically the Minsk Group. Besides, the interlocutors referred to the upcoming meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Paris.
