First half of Armenia vs Malta 2014 World Cup qualifier ended in 1:0 in Yerevan. Malta’s Michael Mifsud opened the score on the 8th minute.

Though Armenia demonstrated attacking football in the first half, they failed to equalize. It seemed for a moment that Malta was about to score the second goal, however, Clayton Failla’s pass appeared to be high.

Armenia’s Edgar Manucharyan was about to equalize, however goalkeeper Justin Haber managed to keep the ball in the corner.
