A new red-band clip from The Heat has been released, Digital Spy said.

The video features Sandra Bullock as uptight FBI agent Sarah Ashburn, whose reluctant new partner Shannon Mullins (Melissa McCarthy) takes a 'good cop, bad cop' approach to an interrogation.

The crime comedy is directed by Paul Feig, whose last film was 2011's Oscar-nominated Bridesmaids.

It marks the feature debut of Parks and Recreation writer Katie Dippold, and the supporting cast includes Tony Hale, Ben Falcone and Demián Bichir.

The film's red-band trailer was revealed in January.

The Heat will be released in the US on June 28, and in the UK on July 31.
