"Liberated Territory of Armenia and the Settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh Conflict" Book Published
The presentation of collected articles titled "The Liberated Territory of Armenia and the Settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh Conflict" took place in Yerevan. The book is published in the Armenian and Russian languages and consists of 5 parts: 1. The condition of the Armenian strategic consciousness: information war. 2. The territorial essence of the Armenian issue: Armenian borders. 3. The strategic value of the liberated territory: the Artsakh problem. 4. The liberated territory: legal problem. 5. The liberated territory: Resettlement of Armenians. According to author and editor of the book Armen Ayvazyan the goal of the collection that consists of analytical and documentary materials is the determination and clarification of the main elements of the problem. The articles are published in their original language. The appearance of the collection on the threshold of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents is not accidental. Armen Ayvazyan noted there is hearsay that the Presidents will sign a 1 or 2-page preliminary agreement in Paris. "Agitation for "concessions" spread by the Armenian top officials arouses defeatism among the Armenian people. Long imitation of such activities by Yerevan (if it's really an imitation) and the unchangeable position of Baku, which persuades the Azeri and international community that the only way-out is the withdrawal of the Armenian troops from the liberated territories cannot but put us on guard. That is why we published our collection now," Ayvazyan said.
