Karabakh Conflict Settlement Process Will Be Long, Armenian Deputy Considers
The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is a long process, chairman of the RA NA standing committee on defense, home affairs and security Mher Shahgeldyan stated during today's press conference. He noted he doesn't possess any information that the negotiations reached a deadlock. "We positively assess the negotiations and discussion of new issues as well as the international organizations' interest in the conflict settlement," he said. When touching upon the Armenia-NATO relations, the Armenian deputy noted that the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) is a real document. "The goals, means and terms meet the commitments of the international structures," Shahgeldyan said.
