Restrictions Must Not Be Imposed in Search for Lasting Solution of Karabakh Issue
The Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be settled via talks, stated chair of the People's Assembly of Bulgaria Georgi Pirinski. In his words, Bulgaria's stand is as follows: the Karabakh issue should be solved via talks and rather active moves of the parties. Reconciling two equal principles of international relations is difficult, however in each specific case these common considerations express themselves in a specific manner and are solved via talks,» Pirinski added. The Bulgarian Speaker remarked that any time or other restrictions must not be imposed over the process of search for a lasting solution of the Karabakh issue. «A decision that respects the right for self-determination so as they are able to live quietly within agreed boundaries should be found step by step,» he said.
